Privacy policy
This policy explains what Brothers HR Painting & Renovation does with the information you send through brothershrpainting.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. That is your name, your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, the area you are in, the type of property, the scope and timing of the work, and whatever you write in the message field.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this website. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to prepare an estimate. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else can see it
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare handles the request that carries your form submission and, like any host, keeps operational logs.
Form submissions are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message in order to send it.
Both are service providers acting on our instructions. Nobody else receives your information.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email for as long as we may reasonably need it — to quote the work, to do the work, and to answer questions about it afterwards.
If you would like your enquiry deleted, use the contact form on this website and ask. We will do it and confirm.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and is entirely static: there is no database, no login, no admin panel and no content-management system attached to it. There is very little here to attack.
The one form on the site posts to a small function that validates the submission, limits how often any one address can send, and emails it on. No submission is stored in a database.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it.
To do any of those, use the contact form on this website.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no other version of it anywhere.
